Lies

Why would you do something like this to me?
You had me falling, but now I’m lost.
Were your words lies?
I’m betrayed and cheated.
I’m starting to doubt all you are..all you’ve ever been.
What did I ever do to you?
My heart didn’t deserve it….neither did my friend’s.
You cheated me. You cheated us.
It makes me wonder who else you’ve cheated.
May shame come to your conscious because the only thing you gave me was lies.
