Pseusomyn of Life

Each star has its shinning light
It sparkles, glows in the night
To cast them all in one great plight
Utter madness that I shall fight

As I stare into your eyes
Embers glow with such fierce light
Anger, hate fuel this blaze
A fiery pit of despise
My spirit withers with this fate.

You see me now a little girl
To bend and brake to your will
I AM A WOMAN
A force so strong
Hear me now, hear this song

“I look into those blazing eyes
Peirce your soul with silent cries
I see no man, no brave person
I see no one worthy to be chosen.
I look and see that’s what you’ll ever be
A coward, for you go and judge me so
No opinion of your own.”

People look and see the colours,
Yet they are blind and wrapped in darkness
They never see those close linked fates,
Partners we should always be
Words are written across the land
From the timeless oceans, and ancient sand
Its there in the cracks of the desert
There in the rivers that run thick
But man is ignorant it makes me sad
So heed these words I’m telling you glad

“The day can’t start without the sun,
Yet the sun can’t rise and shed its light
Without the darkness of the night
Dark can’t come without the light
An interwoven thread of life.”

To brand, to label, group and name,
Can lead to hurt and a lot of pain.
