Good Mourning

Its all over now,
you've slipped through or grasp.
All we have left of you
comes from the past.
You needed to get out of this place,
he caused your heart so much damage.
You needed to escape
and put an end to all your sadness.
We, together, had memories to be made,
stories yet to be told.
If only you'd stayed
we would've spread the love you behold.
We were lost,
you were hopeless.
But now you're gone,
