Before I shut my door

My time has come,
My days are over,
My minutes are up,
No seconds to spare.
My memories now forgotten,
My pain goes way,
the red around my body,
Fades into a dark gray.
I wait for the world
To get darker than night,
But then I open my eyes,
There sat a lamp light.
I get out of the tub,
My wrist still red,
I cut off the light,
And get ready for bed.
Goodnight to me,
Miss me no more,
I wish I had loved someone,
Before I shut my door.
