My sweet apple

Blushing through the day from dawn till' she's speechless
Candy of a particular kind was her favorite character,
And she’s more beautiful than any roses that I can find.

And quite timid as the setting sun I've seen,
And saves my life when I'm down and worry
About the words spoken as she spoke of now;

As I take a bite in her world of kindness.

Messages thought of, been worked out by talking
Her eyes were benevolent, as I've been lost in her look;
And when she smiles, her red lips pull me back.

She’s a gem that shines as canny as a sardius stone,
She twinkles as she waves hi and makes my day;
My precious sweet apple, my fruit for my heart.
