I Love . . .

Cool, salty air rushes past
My hair rustles in the breeze
Waves crash along the shoreline
Soft white sand tickles my toes
I love the beach

Footprints are visible in the thick white substance
Snowflakes plant themselves in my hair
Children outside making their own fun
Colored lights decorate all the houses
I love the wintertime

Streets bustling with people
Shops surround me on either side
Yellow taxis fill the streets
Time Square looms before me
I love New York City

Laughter fills my ears
Home cooked foods sit in my plate
Cousins saying inside jokes all around
Joy and love whooshing in the air
I love my family
