The night with the living and dead

As the sun sets
they come out to play
as most of you scurry away.
But me?
I've come out to stay,
and play with those of the darkness.
Deep down in the alleyways
they chase their prey,
some feel guilt when the play,
with you,
you little prey.
But I do not feed upon the living
for I only came to scare them away.
The living dead will rise from the ashes
and the demons will find new life,
upon the living,
and destroy it all again.
The life of the living and the dead.
For I shall be both,
No I shall be different,
neither live nor dead.
Always alone.
Gaining more Rightousness
and losing control.
My time is almost up
as is the sun.
For I bid a hello, goodbye,
but we must not fuss,
for I'm in a rush,
before I turn to dust,
goodnight,
this sweet wonderful night.
