You dont have to stop meditating,running,etc.
The tree fell.

move on.
no need to examine, no need to contemplate.
it is what it is.
Same goes for your emotion.
A simple occurance with the brain.
A cute girl walks by, you get a crush on her.
You snap your skateboard you get pisssseeeedddd bruh.
Emotion is a reaction/occurance.
Everything falls into the grand rule of cause and effect.
