Valentine

A bloody fall from Heaven high
Dreaded creature; the end is nigh
With spreaded wing and sharpened talon
Blood to be shed by the gallon

As clouds of silken white fade away
This demon falls to the light of day
A fallen angel, face distorted
Head filled with thoughts so haunted

Spilled will be the blood of innocents
For Valentine is much indulgent
With no more Heavenly pass times to spend
What better than a violent bend

With arms held high and claws unsheathed
With glinting eyes and rust stained teeth
With breath the stench of rotting meat
And streaks of fire, blinding heat

An angel of love now reaping sorrow
The sky a black mass with no tomorrow
Bodies strewn across the land
Man destroyed by loves violent hand
