"We Are Ants."

"We Are Ants."

We are only ants, scrambling for our lives. One by one our cities fall as we struggle to survive.
Like the ocean we make wave to start a brand new era. But like the ocean, we’re concave and everyone is prone to error.
Pretend we found Atlantis, and that Titanic never sank. Understand that reality taints us, and our ships will never bank.
Empty our minds of all the hurt, and piece us back together. Open our mouths and spill the dirt; we’ll build a castle together.
The future has called, to warn us he’s on his way. We’re terrified, but too ignorant to pray.
Procrastinate on life, and all you and up with is dread. There’s too many things going on in your head. There’s too many things going unsaid.
Because we are only ants, searching only for our bed.
