Dont speak! stay quite.
don't scream! they cant hear you.
hold it in. cry alone.
hide in the dark. pray that it will be okay.
they dont need to know. your nightmares
should be your own. all the anger and
hurt will beak you. the pain is drowning
you. your choking on the words you cant say.
in the end you hope they rember your mask.
the act that you do so well. so that no one can tell.
all you hear are those dirty words. the scene that
repalys over and over. that alful touch. you cant sleep. for the fear
that hangs over you. your about to give up. leting go
of little hope you have.the pain and darkness is
