Saved

The shadows fall, as i am alone,
Alone in a sanctuary that i call a home.
Darkness consumes me as i lay on the grave,
I want nothing more, nothing more to be saved.
I shut my eyes, and try to dream,
But the shocking memories leave me to scream.
Feeling a hand gently caress mine,
I stare at a stranger, looking so caring and kind.
Piercing green eyes, with such a soft smile,
Made my heart race a minute, a mile.
I blinked twice, to see if he was real,
Still smiling at me, while he began kneel.
He held my chin up, and stared into me,
Sadness flushed over his face, from what he could see.
He could see the pain, the heartache i have suffered.
"It happened to me" He spoke "But i soon re-covered"
Confusion set upon my face, as i sat on this gloomy grave,
He smiled comfortly "Love, you are the saved"
Sweeping me up to my feet, he held my hand,
Pulled me closed, and set me for the damned.
Sweet kisses lead to an agonising bite,
But once over, i was quite a site.
I saw with new eyes, as i began to roam,
With him my saviour, to our new home.
Couldn't help, but fall and give in
Into a world of his passionate sin.
