To My Warrior Poet

Oh, my dear warrior poet,
My love for thee I cannot describe.
Thou art so great and mighty,
Thy heart’s so great and impregnable inside.

If only thou would see thyself
Through these eyes which look at you
And feel so blessed and new.

Thou art my warrior poet…
Thou art the love of my life.
You mean the world to me.
You need not wear a disguise.

For if thou did then thy brave and courageous side
Would soon be lost at sea.
How many great men then would lose the fight.
