Smiling at blank space

Sunrise of a heart that has faded
Muffled by the warmth of her voice
Internally, a reconstruction is not jaded
Living, as the smiles uplift my troubled choice

In this time of the year, I wonder why I'm looking at space
Now a days, an equity to march bounds me
Gravitate with the thought of a world with our own place
A place by the fire, sharing a passion towards bliss

Trying to look up in the sky, thinking of days about You and I
Breath of a feeling, I wish I could stand by
Lost, as I try facing tomorrow of this life
Answers that slowly start to make it dire

Never ending as it's full of raindrops that fall on our smiles

Kept by the moon that made a flower, today
Seemingly bright entities that flood this memory
Powerful, as the confusion I wish to cease

Archaic speechlessness that I contemplate as we walk
Crying as I try to cross a life full of mistakes
Expected to be the one, lost between the lines;
though caught by the goody-two strings of a love.
