Contender Of Life

I stand forth to challenge the world
Believing that I have been unfurled
I searched for the opportunity in every hindrances
But I was paralyzed at the thought of every challenges

I thought I can never face the trials again
My existence has been a series of troubles since then
I can't grasp the distance unearthed herein
Until I take a look around and realize how far I've been

There were two roads diverged in a wood
And I chose the finest path where I should stood
I took the one less traveled by
And that has made me ceased to cry.

I arise in the morning between a desire
To attain what I want to acquire
I am the hyphen between matter and spirit
I learned how to live now that I have recognized it.

I know life is not fair nor has it ever been
But there is the morning who seems to determine
When I stand before God at the end of the strife
I know I was just the contender of my life.
