Lake Of Souls

Your eyes, they waved, i think they did
So deep were the wounds, it was so clear
Everywhere I looked it was dead, arrested, under sexed,
But as the beautiful curse re-awakened,
The dying red rubies fell from decay,
You put them in the crown that you slid onto my head,
For just one more bloody day,

We live through this,
We mark our place,
Nothing ever stays the same,
Our different worlds collided today,
Coming closer to the edge,

Winning each other's hearts with candy,
Green and blue glowing little pills,
Our eyes went red and the curse began again,
As the moon sent the stars that guided our way,
There was nothing left of our pain,
Sugar rush, and the golden eye,
Secretly we waited for another day,

We swam the deepest oceans to get to this place,
We marked our place!

The silent sound of shredding guitars,
The screaming of the purple lights above,
We stand, we fall, we smash it all,
We hold the sceptor,
We rule forever,

My hope was stronger this time,
I won the battles, we won them together,
I write this letter in my own blood, to you, to all of you
Hold me again, in your iron grip,
Release me again, my sketch artists,
My inspirations,
I bring all our horror to life,
The ink spreads all through my veins,
We're all infected, standing in a lake of souls,

Peaceful and loud, we haunted the waves,
Graceful and gorey, we stalked the ghosts of decay,
We howled into the skies,
We washed away our vanity for rage,

So we could use our tears as a way of liberation,
New age evolution,
Our sleep deprevation, it filled our sickness,
Enough with the fences,
We broke the barriers again today,
Out of the lake of souls we haunted today,
Leaving salt water taffies to guide our way back to reality,
Or what will be formed into an endless dream.
