Blinded

In the bad part of the city of Baltimore
at the 711 I could've swore
I saw someone get shot
no one really cares they walk along
like they didn't see anything wrong
beleive it or not

what's become of us
nobody ever puts up a fuss
they're all too busy
it's like they're blinded to even see

I walk out of the store and what do I see
a poor old hobo sleeping on the floor
so I gave him some money
he said thank you kind sir you're an angel
then went and thru it in the wishing well
for all of us to see
