Winter Memory

the weather has been phasing
staging form warm to cold,
changing from fall into winter,
from sunshine,to snow and ice
we all can't wait for the delays,
and the closings,
because home is where we want to stay.

I remember being little
and building a snowman
we've all been involved in a snowball fight
packed up in a colorful fluffy coat,
or we'd flip the remote to find "the Grinch"
am I right?

we all sit and think of our old memories
while we wait to see what's next.
you all have a good season,
but don't commit treason.
