The bruises that cover you,
We know what they are from.
So why don't you get help?
They won't hurt you if you're not in reach.

You don't tell people where you get the pain from.
You hide it between layers of clothing.
Help is just out of your reach,
You just need to TELL somebody.

Get help.
They can't hurt you if you're protected.
Alone, you can get hurt,
Together, we can beat them.

You hide the injuries,
from everyone.
You're friends,
You're teachers, you're family.

You lie.
