The Stunning Glimmer of a Memory.

Memories like a distant photograph
Horrible yet very intact
never doubts my sense of sight
only my sense of my might
to relive those summer days
where we used to always say
"Please don't go away"

Those times always make me smile
thinking of the times we were in denial
Thinking of the times we used to play,
wasting all those bright days
all the times they seemed so bleak
they always do amaze me

The places we'll go
The things we will see
The things we will touch
These things mean so much
Nothing can say, it doesn't mean a thing to me

Reliving the past is such a fright,
Wanting to make things right, I'm going for the night.
Using all my might.
This will end tonight

Those places I love
Those sweet memories
I like to relive them so much,
So I dream and I dream,
Wishing to never wake up, from this serene memory
