Lifeless

In the middle of the night
Rays of moonlight
Trickle into the room
Blood drips from the bed
Holding truths left unsaid
With which she lies
Her frozen eyes
Her stopped heart
The blood still drips
The clock still ticks
Red pools onto the floor
Falling from the tips of her fingers
She lies still
Her muscles go slack
While she lies on her back
Head lolling to the side
Pale and lightless
Eyes so sightless
The blood still drips
The clock, it still ticks
Mouth slightly open
A small token in her hand
A memory of the day
He lay still
His blood ran cold
His heart stopped
And his eyes froze
The blood still drips
The clock, it will always tick
But their time apart has ended

Eh. I wrote this in FLEX during school because, as usual, I was pissed/depressed/miserable/sad and I had nothing to read and so I was like HEY can I write? And the teacher was like Yeah as long as you freaking shut up... and I was like... PMS much... ANYWAY I hope you liked it.
