Imaginary

One day she'll tell them. Tell anyone really,
Why she flinched a time or two,
Got some bruises. What she's feeling.
[Tell everyone what she knew.]
::hurt/hush/hate/help::
He'll tell her one day,
That she's not one of the guys.
He'll make it okay.
[He'll catch her by surprise.]
::like/love/lie/lonely::
She will say something, even if they won't.
About the times they mocked and hurt?
She will tell, certainly you won't?
Heart bomb, breaking glass inside her.
::release/remember/re-live/re-try::
One day they'll tell why they got those scars.
We'll say why we joined that gang, tried that fix.
We'll tell a real story, the story that is ours.
[How a world so perfect turned into shit.]
::in/our/fucking/imagination::
♠ ♠ ♠
First stanza is about a girl who's abused and how she'll tell someone about everything that happened to her.
Second stanza is about a boy who wants to tell a girl he's not what he seems and he doesn't see her like he does anyone else. Corny I know.
Third stanza is about a girl who gets bullied and will just explode one day, tell everything.
Last stanza is about people who cut, joined gangs, got into drugs...and its saying that we'll tell the truth and not fake and hide. How our world was perfect but isn't anymore.
But the end lines say "How a world so perfect turned into shit..."- when it says in our fucking imagination it's referring to we'll never tell everything, quit hiding. And we were never perfect. We were fucked from the beginning.
