Ode to Show Choir

Singing and dancing to a song,
performing for people,
giving them entertainment.

Expressing myself and personality
through facials and dancing styles.

Going into fast dance breaks,
arms swinging everywhere, and multitudes of contagions.

Changing from hushed tones to almost yelling,
using voice and tone dynamics.
Singing melodies and harmonies
for the audience to enjoy our
unique style of voices mixed together.

Showing the audience what they came to see,
escaping from reality doing the two thing I
love most, singing and dancing!
