To My Enemy in Jail

There are bruises down my back
Blood pouring down my face
your arms around my neck
and your smirk- still in place

Are you enjoying all the pain?
All the hurt you give to me?
The hurt that makes me hide away?
The hurt that mom can't see

Finger prints as evidence
Proof from head to toe
What you did is evident
underneath my clothes

Please don't lift them up again
Touch me and i'll scream
Of course you call my bluff again
Afraid to even speak

All the while i kept silent
Can't believe i kept quiet
made myself a lonely island
when you should be the one hiding

So, i step out of the shadows and in to the light
Open up my black and blue eyes wide
and begin to relax as i realize
you can't hurt me through those bars your behind
