I see the faces,
The flashing lights,
It takes my mind,
To newer heights.

Its a state of mind,
Where dreams are made,
And bad decisions,
Left behind.

The big apple,
Its famous name,
Where big things happen,
The maker of fame.

Yellow cabs,
On the avenue,
Taking you to places,
Old and new.

Statue of liberty,
A liberating sight,
Portraying the justice,
The honor,
The right.

A city of fashion,
Movies and fame,
Where desires are filled,
The name of the game.

New York City,
A place that will never sleep,
Forever in my heart,
I'll always keep.
