Unspoken Love

My heart only races when you’re close to me.
You’ve wrapped me in spiked vines, unable for me to get free.
The chains in my heart loosen as you speak.
Cuts slice through my heart as it leaks love.
Your smile is ever so bright as the sun.
I can’t run.

You’ve hypnotized my mind.
My eyes are slowly becoming blind.
The light touch of our hands, lilts sparks off in my heart.
Though I want to flee a piece of my heart slowly is pulling apart.
Memories clasped together as I’m scared.
Tho a part of my long lost heart believes you care.

My soul, appears as you stare deep into my eyes.
Though she tells me to go for it, I feel the tears pile as I’m about to cry.
My dreams at night, wish for our lips to meet.
I feel the temperature rise as I feel the boiling heat.
How my bed is so lonely without another, though I want to say those words.
Though I’m afraid the words could change me forever.
