Midnight is the time for me
Outside is the place to be
If I had no place to go
I find myself a billabong
And stay there all on my own

About being free
And I long for the place
Where I'll be
If I could be free from this place
If I could find my place to be

If I was left alone
Even for the slightest second
I'd be packed
And ready to run
As soon as your back is turned
I know I'll find that place one day
And when I do
I'll have to stay
