To A Friend (Or Two)

To whoever has darkened thy lips with shame
a burnt ember of hate from your eternal flame,
should not have treadon upon this light
and kept on wandering through their plight.

Keep on glimmering in your deep majestic might
Whitening the shadows with your purest lights
Guiding on stragglers and loners alike,
to help find their inner flames.

Their past disgraces dully fill in the darkened ash.
I regret having silenced you,
when you tried to warn me of my own crushing darkness within.
reminding me always to be mindful of my own games.
But with a sigh,
a whisper of breath which blew my cobalt sapphire flame out,
i remince of the time where you let me be my true self.
