Death...

They said she was beautiful,
Long before she danced with destruction,
Long before she lived in pain,
Where she wasnt far from reconstruction.

They said she was happy,
Before death stole her smile,
Took away her emotions and
Replaced them with denial.

She used to be so strong,
And stood bold and brave,
Until the most important lives,
Were the ones she couldnt save.

She used to sleep,
Until she drowned in the guilt,
That kept her awake,
And turned her world upside down.

She used to be beautiful,
Be filled with joy and care,
But that was before
She saw death everywhere.
