New poem. Before you read it, I feel I should clarify that, yes, it is structured similarly to Adele's "Someone Like You". It's supposed to. I heard that song for the first time today, and it struck emotions in me that I felt I had to write out. In a way, it's a response to the character speaking in Adele's song.
