Deadly Night

Sweet memories fade slowly

Within the light we find blood

Darker than a wilted rose.

Night only holds agonizing pain.

The sun's rays of light carries love

With only a feeling of grateful joy.

Being beneath the pale white moon

Makes us step into the diamond night;

It's so full of laughter, full of light.

Forgive the sorrow of the pearls

And let them leave in pleasure.

Once during a darkened moment

We found ourselves lying down.

Blood poured on our skin.

Lights faded, we couldn't stay.

For me it was alright

To be able to die in the night.

It was alright for you to die

As long as you couldn't hear me cry.
