Ink

I wear my life, it's on my skin
The stories, they do not lay within

Naked, I must always be
For when you look you will see

The trials, the time, the tribulations
The sentences, the dark, the frustrations.

The black ink map, the keys
The stars in your eyes are on my knees

Telling you to whom I belong
Telling you who, just play along

It's the risk I take
The enemies I make

The fights in which I lose
The battles which I choose

I am a fighter of a war
Which no man has fought before

My ink is a law which I abide
And behind my ink, I hide.
