There are secrets people ask you to keep. And you make the promise to keep them without a second thought. But inside you begin to realize the mistake you made. Some secrets give you so much grief and guilt, you almost feel death upon your breath. But betraying them may leave you with the same guilt as well. You have no other option but to bottle it up inside. My real life experiences with these secrets was the spark for this.
