I Miss

I miss your laugh and your beautiful smile,
It could stop the hands of time, at least once in a while.
I miss the way you made me laugh when I was so sad I could cry,
And seeing you like this, it makes me want to die.
I miss the way you'd grin from ear to ear,
I wish most of all, that I had you to hold near.
I miss the way your eyes shined in the sun,
They made me forget about all the wicked things I've done.
I miss the way you'd always speak your mind,
I miss being able to call you mine.
I miss your sarcastic mouth, and all the things you'd say,
And go on living, having your near perfect day.
I miss the sweet smell of your shampoo,
Without you, I don't know what to do.
I miss the sound of your voice, how soothing it could be,
Or at least that was how it was for me.
But the thing I miss the most about you is you,
Because, without you to miss, my life would be through.
