My Little Invisible.

**I did not write this. Someone I know wrote it.**

Passing by going your own way, never stopping, unyielding, moving as a ghost
You think nobody sees you
You see yourself as a faded painting, cast aside, prosaic, unsightly
You think you have no beauty
Trapped in a prison, one without, the other within, a recluse, obscure, and insecure
You think you are alone
But how, how one eye can make a difference
How one sympathetic eye can bring a blurred ghost into new light
And you thought nobody saw you.
How one tender look, can take that faded photograph and find an exquisite masterpiece
And you thought you had no beauty
And how one vision of affection can take an outcast, and make her feel at home
And you thought you were alone
I saw through the guise with which you cloaked yourself
Woven from doubts, woven from lies
Look to me, I can see you
I saw past the black and white
You don't have to hide
I can see you,
My little invisible.
Yet never again invisible
I found her
I see her
And she is beautiful.
