Attacking Sanity

A morbid kiss,
Gentle at touch, sinful in shame.
Delicate fingers stun the eager host,
Fictional belief made real.
An imperfect habit, bold and reserved.
Vulgar words leaping proudly off lips;
Death to the only understanding soul.
Tolerant skin, kissable and young,
Licked by the bloody knife of logical sense.
Aspiring to be a wise scholar, it ended.
Committed to one, an extraordinary gift;
Murderous in a jovial movement,
Quiet as it creeps up the stairs.
Zestful, poetic mannerisms concealed
By the slice of a weapon.
Observant are the innocently hopeful,
Nice in touch, pure in soul.
Demons relinquished.
