Everything You Do

You look at me, your eyes burn holes in my back
My breathing quickens; yet another panic attack
The lies you spread hurt to the very core
We both know I can't take much more
Your nose turns up as you look at me
I'm not perfect and will never be
Your ears hear the rumors you wonder if they're true
Your brain knows they're not but it's not enough for you
Your mouth opens, to spread more of these lies
And yet another part of my soul dies
Your hands remain at your sides as you speak
But there are memories of it smacking my cheek
Your feet that rest on the cartpet of the hall
Figuratively walk over me every time that I fall
You are the only person in the world who can't see
That everything you do hurts me
