No Hope

Here we sit again
On opposite sides of the room
Thinking of what we could attain
Things we could gain

Because humans are selfish,
Always thinking for themselves 
Just trying to demolish
Before we've reached the finish.

I've lost all hope,
For this clouded Race
Only thinking of their dope 
Or who's willing to elope.

Have we lost all dignity?
Is there no more pride?
Every single community,
Living in complete insanity.
