Today I found a dragonfly wing.
It's delicate, perfect, serene.

It tells me the dragonfly
Said goodbye

To our world she once knew
Her wing is a clue to her world.

I sit in amazement staring at the careful webbing
It seems to quaint but powerful.

Look, a dragonfly landed on my hand!
The waves roll up the lake shore.
