Inside My Heart

This one time,
I put my hand on my chest,
something was beating on my chest,
my body falls to the ground,
a pound of energy flows though my body
expressing one emotion,
angry,
I still on the ground,
my heart beating faster,
my body flys back up,
but it was not me it,
was something else inside me,
something that i cant control,
so i tried to cool it done it didn't work,
until my body just fell to the ground,
that's when I was thinking is there something inside of me,
or is it just me or my mind pulling reality.
