Sun and Moon

Moonlight across the trees,
Sunlight across the seas,
The Sun defeating the moon,
Another battle taken down too soon,
Millions rise with light,
Millions fall for the night,
A process done in repetition,
Never to cease, never to stop
The Battle moves on,
Between the Sun and Moon,
Between the two deities,
Both blinding us with light
