Storms to Sunshine

The skies turn black,
The lights of the sky fade out,
Lightning cracks the sky,
And rain pours down upon our heads
A child cries in terror,
Oh the nightmarish booms,
Friends hold her hands,
And promise clear skies tomorrow,
Tears turn to smiles,
Storms turns to Sunshine,
And friends begin to last forever.
