Butterfly

The wings so colorful, So blue.
One of the most colorful things that flew.
Only to be bitten by the night
Along the trees and clouds they fly.
Like words of wisdom from the sky
It's appearances brave and bold
Only to linger as it gets old
But alas all things turn to rest
The mourning of this creatures death
The eggs they all first lay
So the butterfly flies another day
