White-Wash Walls

Black, staring,
Stealing your soul
Indulging in consequence
Letting heads roll
Blood-spattered wallflowers
Scaring the life lesson told
Because we lack a certain emotion
It's called regret
Or better yet,
Guilt, repentance, shadowed power
A billion silkless spiderwebs
Meant to stop jetfighters
I killed this man
On voice command
But I couldn't bear to see the crimson,
So I covered it with white wash.
