Remember the fallen

I remember that day that the towers fell
the people flying the plane that hit the towers
Did they think that the people in there had families?
Or how bad it would shake us

Did they think about how many people would be lost?
343 firefighters and paramedics
23 NYPD officers
22 U.S. troops
37 port authority officers
2,849 civilians and people who were at work

A total of 3274 died
Unnecessary deaths
For what to try to scare us
Yes it was the worst attack

But we stand strong
As a nation
All I can say is
Remember those who were in 9/11
