The Circling Questions

Once you've had the best, how do you get better?
If you've never known happiness, how do you know when it comes?
If you don't know these answers, how will you ever be content with yourself?
It's almost as if happiness is something that most people say they have.
But no one really does.
They're all lies.
Happiness is getting what you want for everything.
But people don't work that way.
Once they get one thing, they immediately want another.
And then they get the best of what they want.
And yet, they want something better.
But you can't get better then the best.
And these questions circle your head.
They keep you up at night.
Losing sleep, minute by minute.
Slowly drifting away into pieces until you're nothing.
At that point, you're nothing but greed and want.
You can't get what you want, so you don't have happiness.
