Child of the northern star,
Brightest light,
Lead me astray,
Where darkness awaits,

Child of the northern heart,
Brightest mind,
Find your way,
Where life awaits

Close your eyes,
Drift away into,
Your wildest dreams,
Escape the lies,
The cruel and cold world,

Beyond those doors,
Beyond boundaries,
The golden gate,
Leave behind your fate and follow me,
Into neverland,

Where dreams come alive,
And fear’s put to dust,
Follow me I’m though one you can trust,
All your worries turned to dust,

Across the oceans,
Over vast hate and pain,
Drift away fade away,
To the meadows of heaven,
White owl in a golden cage,
I promise you everything,
Anything you wish for,

But know I’ll do as I please,
I take no orders,
And so the boy reaches out his hand,
Whispers one word,
Taken so wrong,
He wants to return home,
Only when,
There’s no death nor pain to feel,
And that all broken life may some day heal,
He said only one word,
And now this boy dies…
