Nobody Would Care

I’m falling apart
the world is spinning upside down
it’s not real
it doesn’t seem right
nobody cares
they surround me, laughing and talking.
my so called “friends”.
but in reality they wouldn’t care
wouldn’t care whether I lived or died
wouldn’t care when I was falling apart
they wouldn’t care about my feelings
they all just want to know my secrets
it wouldn’t matter if I was bleeding
all that would matter was whether I was perfect or not.
it’s that moment when you’re falling apart
….and nobody cares.
