Reality, You Cruel Master

I never planned on this,
Falling for a form of perfection.
It seems inevitable
Now.

Those eyes:
I want them roaming
Over everything that I am,
Watching as I grow
And find myself.

Those lips:
I want them smiling
At everything that you see,
And all that is me
To find yourself.

And oh,
That laugh;
It is everything that you are.
Big and bold
Yet soft,
Sparkling.

And so it is
That you're a firm part
Now
In my being,
In my mind,
In my subconscious.

You are all that I want,
All that I need,
And all I think about;
That kills me.

You're happy, without me.
You don't need me
You're part of a world that
I'll never know.

Our two spheres will never touch...
