Falling Again

Two hearts forming as one as two hands collide.
Two lips connecting with sweet bliss
Two eyes gazing intently all else aside
Two mouths simultaneously sharing a kiss
That feeling where two complete each other
The dangers forgotten for this “love” of one another
No word to describe yet love you dare say
Resembles a infectious rumor per say
For every tongue speaks of it yet no one truly knows
But the pain of its loss surely shows
Love a meaningless word spoken and abused
A non definition word passed around playing with emotions
A four letter word that’s often misused
A word craved and desired causing such a commotion
This love I no longer desire
It was never love to begin with
This love causes too much pain
It was an infatuation; love… simply a myth
A myth just like the healing process
I have yet to master it I’ll confess
Time heals… lie
Moving on… impossible
Yet tears have said their good byes
But the heart aching is inevitable
So time hasn’t healed I’ve just become accustomed to the pain
Moving on or just used to it is all the same
For I’ll never heal completely for I carry a scar
That fear of caring too much is carried along with my bruised heart
Because I refuse to let go of the past
And even though my heart has been shattered and broken apart
It still works I’ve seen at last
Yes I’ve been hurt and used
And yet I manage to have feelings for you
Because no matter what, we all want that rumor called love
Yes it dangerous but receiving it from you would be enough
Because sadly I want our two hearts to form as one as our two hands collide
I want our two lips to connect with sweet bliss
I want our two eyes gazing intently with all else aside
And I dream of your precious heart warming kiss
